MRG Construction Risk Management has promoted Bridget Lynch to Commercial Lines Supervisor/Senior Account Manager. In addition to managing accounts and working with carriers, Bridget now supervises a staff of three, a new role that she relishes.
“Some people focus on their craft or profession, while others put their heart into leadership and people management,” she says. “I love both aspects and appreciate that MRG wants to foster my growth as a professional and a manager.”
Bridget joined MRG in 2018 as an account manager from another full-service insurance company.
Working in construction insurance is a natural fit for the Drexel University graduate, as both her father and brother worked in construction. She says that seeing projects that change the region come to life is very fulfilling.
The Warrington resident holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication, a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation from the International Risk Management Institute and is working towards an Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes, focusing on the management track.

A native of Holland, PA, Bridget savors international travel, naming Greece, Ireland, Norway and Thailand as some of her favorite destinations. She also enjoys caring for animals and giving back to the community.
